Al-Gharafa 2-2 Al Ahli: Sliti equalises in stoppage time to complete two-goal recovery

Naim Sliti scored in the third minute of stoppage time on Thursday to give Al Ahli a 2-2 draw at Thani Bin Jassim. Al Gharafa had gone in at half-time two goals up. Luiz Martin made the pass for the equaliser.
Seydou Sano opened the scoring in the 13th minute, with Ismael Bennacer providing the assist. Yacine Brahimi made it 2-0 in the 36th minute, finishing from a pass by Adam Ounas, and that was the score at the interval. Al Ahli pulled a goal back in the 52nd minute when Sliti set up Erik Exposito. Al Gharafa kept their lead through the rest of normal time, but Sliti struck at 90+3 to level the match.
The draw lifts Al Ahli to eight points. Al Gharafa move on to six. Sliti had a hand in both of the visitors' goals. He made the first for Exposito and scored the second himself, and his work after the break cost the hosts a match they had led since the 13th minute.
