Yohan Boli scored in the 80th minute to give Qatar SC a 3-2 win over Al Shamal at the Abdullah Bin Khalifa Stadium, Al Duhail's ground, on Friday. Qatar SC were two goals up early in the second half. Al Shamal scored twice to draw level, and the match looked like ending in a draw until Boli's goal six minutes after the equaliser.
Joao Pedro opened the scoring in the fourth minute of first-half stoppage time, so Qatar SC led 1-0 at the break. Pau Prim made it 2-0 in the 50th minute. Al Shamal got back into the game in the 65th minute, when Riyad Mahrez scored from the penalty spot, and Tiago Silva equalised in the 74th. Boli's goal in the 80th minute won it for Qatar SC.
Qatar SC move to six points with the win. Al Shamal stay on nine, three points ahead of the side that beat them. From 2-0 down they had got back to 2-2, but they could not hold on to the draw in the last ten minutes.
